The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Curry has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kane fails to pull guard.

Kane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Curry misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Some wild striking there from Curry.
Kane closes this distance looking for a takedown but Curry circles away.
Kane walks into a left hand.

Curry forces Kane back against the cage and clinches.
A nice left hand lands by Curry.

Curry breaks from the clinch.
Curry throws a head kick but Kane moves out of range.
Curry misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kane.
Kane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Curry tries to avoid it but Kane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Curry to the ground. Curry escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Don Kane. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Curry misses with a body shot.
Kane tries to clinch up but Curry circles away and keeps his distance.
Curry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kane ducks under a wild hook from Curry.
Kane tries to clinch but Curry moves out of range.
Kane fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kane tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Curry throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kane.
Curry fails to land with a series of punches.
Kane has a takedown stuffed.
Curry connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Curry throws a leg kick which misses Kane's front leg but catches the back leg as Kane tries to avoid it.
Kane is breathing heavily.
Curry lands a nice looking body shot.
Curry bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kane's head backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Curry instigates a clinch.

Curry breaks the clinch.
Curry throws a head kick but Kane moves out of range.
Curry cracks the inside of Kane's front leg.
Curry fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kane to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kane looks to clinch but Curry throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kane taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
