Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blaff Biggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Jorge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Blaff Biggins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James Jorge!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jorge clinches up against the cage.
Biggins tries to pull guard but Jorge won't allow it.

Biggins sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Biggins darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Jorge has a hand on Biggins's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Biggins takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Biggins manages to capitalize on a mistake by Jorge to take his back!

Jorge is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Biggins off. It looks like it's working - Biggins slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Jorge displaying calm under pressure there.

Jorge closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
