The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ont is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ont, who protects the arm well.

Gracie has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Gracie decides to stand up, so the ref orders Ont to his feet.
Gracie shoots for a takedown but Ont saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
