Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steve McRae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ipu Fokislav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McRae comes to the cage accompanied by Indestructible. Fokislav has chosen Links 2-3-4 - Rammstein as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ipu Fokislav is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McRae fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McRae just misses with a punch to the body.
Fokislav tries to clinch but McRae moves out of range.
McRae rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fokislav moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ipu Fokislav seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice sprawl there from McRae as Fokislav shoots in.
McRae closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McRae lands in his opponent's guard.
McRae chips away with some ground and pound.
Fokislav can't keep his opponent in guard - McRae advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fokislav manages to get to full guard.
McRae throws a big right hand that misses.

McRae drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fokislav manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now McRae has Fokislav in his guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Fokislav postures up in McRae's guard and throws a big left but McRae blocks it.

McRae trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Fokislav trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Fokislav stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McRae swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fokislav lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
McRae looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
McRae keeping moving, preventing Fokislav from controlling successfully.
Fokislav trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
McRae is looking to stand up but Fokislav isn't so interested in that idea.
Fokislav cracks McRae with a solid left hand.
McRae avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Fokislav with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
McRae is breathing heavily.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Fokislav - that will leave a mark!
Fokislav connects with a vicious head kick that knocks McRae to the floor! Fokislav dives in looking for the finish!
McRae is rocked!
It looks like Steve McRae has been cut.
Fokislav is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, McRae is hurt! He's hurt bad - Fokislav fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save McRae from any more punishment! Congratulations to Fokislav! Great finish!
