The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Law shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Law tries to clinch up.
Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Law closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Law throws a knee to the head but misses.
Silva drops down looking for an ankle pick but Law pulls his leg out and moves away.

Law manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Law misses with a series of wild punches.
Law scores with a punch to the head.
Silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Law scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Law lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Silva backs up against the cage.

Silva tries to pull guard but Law holds him up against the cage and eventually Silva drops back down to his feet.

Law wants the takedown. Silva is fighting it off but Law persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Silva's guard against the cage.

Law manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Bezerra da Silva's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
