Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dom Sharewood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hidehiko Yoshida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hidehiko Yoshida is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharewood closes the distance and clinches up with Yoshida, looking for a takedown. Sharewood pushes Yoshida against the cage but Yoshida circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Yoshida has eaten all the pies!
Sharewood will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sharewood cracks Yoshida with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Sharewood cracks Yoshida with an uppercut from hell and Yoshida crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Sharewood's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Yoshida wants to free his trapped foot but Sharewood is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Yoshida is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sharewood is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
You can see the frustration on Sharewood's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sharewood is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Yoshida feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Yoshida would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sharewood moves into the clinch.

Sharewood rolls with it to try and escape but Yoshida cranks on the arm and Sharewood is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
