The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mudsquatter walks forward, straight into a front kick from Andellucci.

Andellucci throws a wild left hand from mount and Mudsquatter manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mudsquatter can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mudsquatter should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Andellucci looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Andellucci postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Andellucci tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mudsquatter swivels and escapes.
Andellucci dives in and grabs Mudsquatter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mudsquatter pushes down on Andellucci's head and hops out.
Andellucci is breathing heavily.

Mudsquatter shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mudsquatter showed some decent athleticism there.
