Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and One Dude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black comes to the cage accompanied by IN FLAMES - F(r)iend. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dude lands a left and a right that send Black crashing to the mat, dazed. Dude thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Frank Black has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Black lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like One Dude has been cut.
Black defending well as Dude loads up on a big left hand.
Black fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dude throws a solid leg kick but Black takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dude.

Black closes the distance and clinches.
Black scores with a shot to the side of Dude's head.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Black takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Dude breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dude.

Dude stuns Black with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Dude throws a nice looking combination but Black bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Black moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Black shoots in for a double leg but Dude sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Dude connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Black momentarily.
Black tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dude swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Black takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Black doesn't manage to clinch there - Dude circles away.

Black throws an overhand right that lands on Dude's shoulder, as Dude tries to avoid the shot.
Dude throws a jab but it's blocked by Black.

Dude swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dude connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
One Dude is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dude connects with a solid leg kick.
Dude lands a jab.
Black displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dude throws out the jab.
Dude misses with a head kick.
Black avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Dude throws a lazy right hand but Black sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Dude fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Black checks it well.

Dude is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Black closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Dude is pushing Black's head away, looking to escape. Black manages to hold on to the position though.

Black wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dude, who protects the arm well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dude is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

One Dude dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Black throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dude sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Black gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dude has had enough of the clinch but Black keeps him there for the moment.

Black breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Black counters with a shoot takedown. Dude fights it but they end up in guard.
Dude utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Dude is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Black pushes Dude back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dude can do anything to dispel that myth.

Black changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dude tries to avoid it but Black manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dude to the ground. Dude escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dude throws and low kick but Black moves out of range easily.
One Dude seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Dude slips a straight right by Black.
Black on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Dude goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

A frustrated look appears on Dude's face as he tries to break the clinch.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Black has Dude pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dude manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Black is looking to break free of the clinch but Dude has double underhooks.

Dude breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Black tries to clinch up but Dude circles away and keeps his distance.
Black fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Dude looks to land a combination but Black avoids it well.
Dude scores with a one two! Black had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Dude throws a leg kick which misses Black's front leg but catches the back leg as Black tries to avoid it.
Dude lands a jab to the head.
Dude lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Dude lands with a kick to the temple. Black shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Dude misses with a shot to the body
and Black counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Dude lands a jab.
Dude pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Dude misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
No joy there for Dude, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dude takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Black gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Black has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Dude is trying to keep an underhook but Black manages to get the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dude is not content to let Black control the position.
Black stops Dude from getting back to his feet.
Black looks to land a strike but Dude avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Dude scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Black shoots in and drives through. Dude sprawls well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dude will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dude throws a big shot that misses.

And that's the end of the fight!
One Dude comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Dude has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
