Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bigs Raiden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderleei Silvoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silvoo has chosen Sandstorm as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raiden fails to land the takedown.
Raiden fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Raiden shoots in for a takedown but Silvoo shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bigs Raiden. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Raiden has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Raiden there as he acknowledges the shot.

Silvoo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Silvoo wants it to stay on the feet.
Silvoo avoids a punch combination nicely.
Raiden tries to score a power double leg takedown but Silvoo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Raiden somewhat.
Raiden is breathing heavily.

Silvoo lands a big right hand that sends Raiden crashing to the mat! Silvoo stays standing though and waves Raiden back to his feet!

Raiden is rocked!

It looks like Bigs Raiden has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Raiden drops his hands momentarily. Silvoo doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Raiden staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Raiden doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
