Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lay Pray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yazan Al Naber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pray comes to the cage accompanied by Don't Fear the Reaper- Blue Oyster Cult. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yazan Al Naber!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Naber displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Al Naber stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Al Naber wants it to stay on the feet.
Pray looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Al Naber shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Pray misses with a combination
and Al Naber counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

and Al Naber counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Pray is lucky that one didn't land flush.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pray changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Al Naber tries to avoid it but Pray manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Al Naber to the ground. Al Naber escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

No joy there for Al Naber, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lay Pray overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Pray remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
