Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Strelok Demidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moreno Skiter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Demidov comes to the cage accompanied by Russian Acoustics. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Skiter shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Demidov napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Demidov is trying to get back to half guard.

Skiter tries for a kimura but Demidov is defending well.

Skiter thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Demidov is looking for a sweep.
Demidov gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Demidov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Skiter is working away from the top position though.
Demidov is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Demidov wants to control but Skiter is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Skiter is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Demidov sees it coming and defends easily.

Demidov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Skiter pulls his head out easily.

Skiter looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Demidov is looking for a sweep. Skiter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Demidov shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Skiter manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Demidov looking to sit in guard and control but Skiter gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Skiter wants to pass the guard but Demidov is keeping the position.

Skiter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Demidov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Skiter doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Demidov is tightening it up a little... Skiter has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Skiter reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Skiter taps out! nice BJJ there by Demidov!
