Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Little Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

The is referee keeping an eye on Wood - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mac working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wood doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wood manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mac had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wood is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Mac Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wood's back instead.

Mac has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Wood! Can he survive? No! He's out! Mac gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
