The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mancao tries to keep at a distance but Roofer has taken the fight into the clinch.
Roofer is pressed up against the cage. Mancao has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Roofer down to the mat. Roofer avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Mancao tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Roofer counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Roofer takes a shot to the head.
A short right from Mancao on the inside.
Mancao misses with a hook from the clinch.
Roofer tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mancao just stands there and leans against the cage.
Mancao swings away with an uppercut that misses.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mancao.
Roofer is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mancao pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Mancao misses with some punches.
Mancao doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Mancao looks to clinch

and Roofer counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Mancao's guard now.
Mancao tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Roofer stands and throws Mancao's legs to the side, diving into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mancao manages to work his way to half guard, despite Roofer's best efforts.
Roofer tries to pass to full mount but Mancao defends it.

Roofer has isolated one of Mancao's arms. Mancao looking to fight him off but Roofer twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
