Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Khimky Alexis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and johnny turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
turk dives in and grabs Alexis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Alexis pushes down on turk's head and hops out.
Nice sprawl there from Alexis as turk shoots in.
turk throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

turk gets in close and instigates a clinch.

turk wants the takedown. Alexis is fighting it off but turk persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Alexis's guard against the cage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
turk is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

turk gets to his feet. Alexis looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alexis leaves turk with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Khimky Alexis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of johnny turk.
turk doesn't manage to clinch there - Alexis circles away.

Alexis drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
turk is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Alexis prevents turk from getting the reversal.
turk is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
turk tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Alexis swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and turk is now in Alexis's guard. A big mistake from Alexis there, giving up the dominant position!
turk trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

turk fails with the takedown

and Alexis counters with a shoot takedown. turk fights it but they end up in guard.
turk wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
turk keeping moving, preventing Alexis from controlling successfully.
turk looking to hit a scissor sweep but Alexis is one step ahead there.

turk pushes Alexis off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Alexis circles away from the clinch attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

turk fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Alexis sprawls well initially but turk persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Alexis is looking to improve his position.

turk postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Alexis to stand up.

turk keeps the fight on the outside.

turk tries to keep at a distance but Alexis has taken the fight into the clinch.

Alexis has gone for a leg lock! turk slips out almost immediately though and dives into Alexis's guard.
Alexis can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as turk controls the pace.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Alexis controls turk momentarily but turk frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
turk advances position into side control!
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
turk works to advance to full mount. Alexis defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Khimky Alexis will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Alexis takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

turk shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Alexis is trying to defend but turk finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Alexis is looking to control turk's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Alexis avoid being mounted?
Alexis is refusing to be controlled, as turk sits in half guard.
johnny turk has got the better of the ground game so far.
turk wants to stand but Alexis has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

turk is trying for a kimura here. Alexis looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! turk wins by kimura!
