Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Van Hook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Jaxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Hook comes into the arena with The Cure's Close To Me blaring out of the sound system. Tyrone Jaxon is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyrone Jaxon!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Van Hook. Jaxon does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jaxon tries to land a front kick but Van Hook steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Van Hook dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jaxon connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Jaxon scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Jaxon checks a low kick from Van Hook.
Jaxon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Jaxon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jaxon bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jaxon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Van Hook.
Van Hook misses with a straight left.
Van Hook takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jaxon fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Van Hook on the side of the head.
Jaxon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Van Hook.
Jaxon digs a good body shot into Van Hook's ribs.
A solid leg kick lands there for Jaxon.
Van Hook misses with a low kick.
Jaxon takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Van Hook takes a jab right on the kisser.
Jaxon catches Van Hook with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
No joy there for Van Hook, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Van Hook misses with a hook. Jaxon ducked under it nicely.

Van Hook throws a head kick but Jaxon moves out of range.
Kyle Van Hook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jaxon slips under a jab from Van Hook.

A big right from Van Hook misses.
Van Hook throws a series of punches but Jaxon avoids them all with ease.
Van Hook takes one to the side of the head.
Van Hook closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Jaxon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Van Hook at a distance.
Jaxon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Van Hook stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jaxon ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Van Hook moves forwards but Jaxon connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Jaxon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Van Hook's guard.
Van Hook is breathing heavily.
