Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shizuro Ozaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivans Silba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Luis Engracia and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ozaka slaps away a takedown attempt from Silba, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ozaka fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silba sprawls well initially but Ozaka persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Silba is looking to improve his position.
Ozaka throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Ozaka trying to control the action but Silba is working from the bottom.
Ozaka seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Ozaka has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ozaka is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silba is just riding it out for now. Ozaka eventually gives up the hold.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ozaka throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Ozaka is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Ozaka looks to land a strike but Silba avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Ozaka is breathing heavily.
Silba seems keen to control Ozaka 's posture.

Ozaka postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Silba is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ozaka , into his guard.

Ozaka has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Silba should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ozaka has tightened it up now! Silba should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
