The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basher stuffs the takedown.
Basher gets a takedown into half guard.
Basher is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Passmoor has managed to free his arm - good work.
Basher seems to be working for a kimura but Passmoor defends the submission attempt.
Passmoor is trying to stand.
Basher stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Basher is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Passmoor gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Passmoor misses with a knee strike.
Passmoor lands an elbow that stopped Basher in his tracks for a moment.
Basher fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Basher tries for a takedown. No joy.
Basher goes for a takedown attempt but Passmoor pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ste Passmoor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bible Basher.
Passmoor fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Basher, pushing him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Basher takes a knee right on the jaw!
Passmoor throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Basher blocks it with crossed arms.
Passmoor is trying to break free.
Passmoor landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Basher looks gassed!
Passmoor is trying to stall.
Passmoor unloads a knee to the mid-section. Basher lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Passmoor is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Passmoor lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Passmoor connects with a knee to the head.
Passmoor breaks from the clinch.
Passmoor changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Basher looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Passmoor decides to stand up, so the ref orders Basher to his feet.
Passmoor is looking to clinch but Basher is avoiding it.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Passmoor gets underhooks to prevent Basher's takedown attempt.
Passmoor misses with an elbow strike.
Basher fails to pull guard.
Basher manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Passmoor is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Basher has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Passmoor is looking to defend but Basher has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Passmoor! Basher pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Passmoor taps out and this one is all over!
