Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Audet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Brinks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Audet comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Peas - Pump it. Simon Brinks told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Audet scores with a takedown into Brinks's guard.
Audet throws a big right hand that misses.
Audet throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brinks works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Audet is in close to Brinks's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Audet working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Audet trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Brinks escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Audet gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Audet is landing with some decent strikes but Brinks is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

The referee warns Brinks that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Brinks is in a horrible position here. Audet smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Audet! Brinks is hurt baaadly! Audet is firing away with more strikes - Brinks is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
