Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Donatello Bradman and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hathaway looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hathaway tries a head kick but it misses.
John Hathaway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hathaway fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nutz.
Nutz drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Nutz in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Nutz wants to stand but Hathaway is controlling his arm.
Nutz looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hathaway is trying to buck Nutz off.
Nutz decides to stand back up. Nutz steps back and let's Hathaway get back to his feet.
Hathaway goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The fighters circle, before Hathaway throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Nutz's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Hathaway lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). John Hathaway!
