The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson avoids the head kick by Lee.
Anderson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Lee moves in looking to clinch but Anderson pushes him off.
Anderson swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.

Lee bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Lee decides to stand back up.
Nice sprawl there from Anderson as Lee shoots in.
Lee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but Lee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lee moves into the clinch.
Anderson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Anderson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lee to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Lee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Anderson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Lee stalks Anderson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Anderson's face. Anderson staggers backwards, shaken.

Lee tries to score a power double leg takedown but Anderson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lee somewhat.

Anderson is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lee is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Anderson to the mat. Anderson regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lee feints and as Anderson raises his hands in defense, Lee changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Anderson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Lee wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving.
Lee wants to get up but he can't break Anderson's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Anderson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lee!
