Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Magnus Gauti Geirsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Mozzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Geirsson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fjöllin Hafa vakað. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mozzi pushes Geirsson up against the cage in a clinch.
Geirsson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Geirsson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Geirsson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mozzi to the mat! Mozzi manages to get full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mozzi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Geirsson manages to get himself to full guard.

Geirsson is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Mozzi can't fight it off and eventually Geirsson manages to take the fight to the floor. Mozzi looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mozzi is looking to sinch up a triangle. Geirsson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Mozzi's body to avoid the submission. Mozzi has instead reached around Geirsson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Mozzi arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
