Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pasi Ruohonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Flannel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flannel throws a series of punches but Ruohonen avoids them all with ease.
Ruohonen missing with a left hand there. Flannel was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Flannel looks to land a combination but Ruohonen avoids it well.
Flannel gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ruohonen.
Flannel misses with the combination.
Flannel takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ruohonen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ruohonen blocks a head kick by Flannel.
Flannel dodges the punch combination from Ruohonen.
Ruohonen takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Flannel throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ruohonen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Flannel lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Flannel wants to slow Ruohonen down by chopping away at his legs.
Flannel thows a body shot but no joy.
Ruohonen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Flannel.
Flannel looks gassed!
Flannel lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ruohonen circles away quickly and effectively.
Ruohonen tries to clinch up but Flannel circles away and keeps his distance.
Flannel fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ruohonen lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Nice jab there from Ruohonen.
Donk. Ruohonen catches Flannel right on the button with a cross.
Flannel has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Flannel is rocked!

Ruohonen has taken the fight to the clinch.
Flannel is still on wobbly legs! Can Ruohonen finish him?

Ruohonen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ruohonen closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Flannel out cold! Flannel corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
