Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pandora Mudsquatter!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCumby misses with a wild combination.
A combination from McCumby does no damage.

Mudsquatter looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCumby is trying to maintain the position but Mudsquatter is very close to passing his half guard.

Mudsquatter is working for a kimura but McCumby is defending it quite comfortably.

Mudsquatter wants to work for an arm triangle but McCumby is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Mudsquatter looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Mudsquatter should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Mudsquatter is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so McCumby is just riding it out for now. Mudsquatter eventually gives up the hold.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Mudsquatter is working for a kimura but McCumby is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mudsquatter is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Mudsquatter seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McCumby does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Mudsquatter seems to be looking for submissions.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mudsquatter perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Let's hope that Mudsquatter has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Mudsquatter's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
McCumby is refusing to be controlled, as Mudsquatter sits in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pandora Mudsquatter dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


McCumby throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mudsquatter.
McCumby misses with a series of wild punches.
McCumby lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mudsquatter circles away quickly and effectively.
McCumby throws a nice looking combination but Mudsquatter bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Trevor McCumby is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A swing and a miss from McCumby.
No joy there for McCumby, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mudsquatter dodges the punch combination from McCumby.
McCumby throws a nice looking combination but Mudsquatter bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Mudsquatter closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. McCumby did well to prevent Mudsquatter getting side control.

Mudsquatter maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! McCumby could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Mudsquatter has cracked it and McCumby is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Mudsquatter!
