Hastings kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Blazin Hazen - Avarage Homeboy. Blaze Hastings has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hastings shoots in for a takedown but Jakoavain shows good takedown defense.
A slow jab from Hastings misses its intended target.
Hastings takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Hastings lands a jab to the head.
Hastings throws a series of punches but Jakoavain avoids them all with ease.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hastings. Jakoavain does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hastings will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Jakoavain lands a nice hook to Hastings's body. Hastings takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hastings thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hastings lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Hastings is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jakoavain.
Hastings has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blaze Hastings. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
