Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Gougeon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xavier has chosen xmen song as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xavier looks to land a combination but Gougeon avoids it well.
Xavier misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Xavier throws a right and a left that both miss.
Logan Xavier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xavier tries to bum rush Gougeon with a series of wild strikes but Gougeon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Xavier throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gougeon fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gougeon avoids a punch combination nicely.
Xavier looks to land a combination but Gougeon avoids it well.
Xavier misses with a two punch combination.

Xavier gets caught flat footed, as Gougeon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Gougeon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gougeon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Xavier wants to stand and escape but Gougeon is having none of it.

Gougeon is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Gougeon drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Gougeon seems to have locked his on tight now - Xavier screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Gougeon, as he picks up the win!
