Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Travis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gene Carano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carano stalks Travis and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Travis's face. Travis staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Justin Travis has been cut.
Carano tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Travis throws the left hand but Carano avoids the punch easily.
Carano tries to bum rush Travis with a series of wild strikes but Travis uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Travis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Travis postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Carano looks a forlorn figure.
Travis takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
BOOM! Travis connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Carano throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Travis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Carano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Travis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
