Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Deep is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Poole can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Deep has control of Poole's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Poole regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Deep shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Poole's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deep's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Deep accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Poole wants to control but Deep is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Deep drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Poole manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Deep has Poole in his guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
