Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jens Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Roc Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hansen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem: I'm not afraid . Roc Jr is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Reign Supreme - Persevere And Overcome. Jay Roc Jr told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roc Jr throws a push kick but Hansen slaps the foot to one side.
Hansen staying out of range there.
Hansen swats away the attempt to clinch by Roc Jr.
Roc Jr tries to clinch there but Hansen circles away.
Roc Jr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hansen sprawls well. Hansen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Roc Jr gets slowly back to his feet.
Roc Jr wants to clinch up but Hansen keeps it at a distance.
Hansen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hansen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Roc Jr gets underhooks to prevent Hansen's takedown attempt.

Hansen lands a body punch in the clinch.
Roc Jr looks gassed!
Hansen works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
