Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simba Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thor Modi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burns comes to the cage accompanied by Shook Ones Pt 1. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Modi blocks the low kick.
Modi misses with a few strikes there.
Burns looks to throw the jab but Modi is out of range.
Modi scores with a punch to the head.

It looks like Simba Burns has been cut.
Modi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Modi scores with a hook.
Burns jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Thor Modi has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Burns throws a jab when Modi was well out of range.
Modi moves out of range of the leg kick from Burns.
Burns walks into a straight right hand from Modi.
Burns changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Modi tries to avoid it but Burns manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Modi to the ground. Modi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A swing and a miss from Burns.
Modi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Burns throws out the jab.
A big left from Burns misses.
Modi lands a jab to the head.
Burns misses with a hook. Modi ducked under it nicely.
A solid leg kick lands there for Burns.
Modi slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Burns's corner calls for a 1-2. Burns obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Modi connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Burns has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Burns connects with a right hand. Modi shakes it off.

Modi drops Burns with a beautiful combination! Burns stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Modi is looking for the KO!

Burns is rocked!
Burns tries to get into range but Modi steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Burns! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Modi scores the big KO victory!
