Place comes to the cage accompanied by The Lucky Bullets "Folsom Prison Blues" . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arona has a takedown stuffed.
Place scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Place lands a jab.
Place with a nice cross.
Place moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Arona fails with the takedown.
Place takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Arona tries to score a power double leg takedown but Place sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Arona somewhat.
Thelogos Place has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricardo Arona.
Place darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Place stuffs the takedown.
Place slaps away a takedown attempt from Arona, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Arona looks gassed!
Arona fails with the takedown.
A punch lands to the side of Arona 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Place moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Place cracks Arona with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Arona looks up at the clock. Bad move! Place lands a right hand from hell, dropping Arona. Place pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
