PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rand James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Getto The Choppa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Choppa is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Austrian Death Machine . Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Choppa forces James back against the cage and clinches.
James drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
James tries to pull guard but The Choppa won't allow it.
The Choppa lands a knee to the body.
The Choppa will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning James up against the cage.

James is breathing heavily.
The Choppa is pressed up against the cage. James has hold of a leg and is looking to drag The Choppa down to the mat. The Choppa avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rand James. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Choppa feints and then cracks James's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow James down.

James could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The Choppa throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
The Choppa buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

The Choppa takes control of his opponent's neck and spins him into the cage. James is off balance and as he stumbles, The Choppa throws a jumping knee that lands flush on James's chin, knocking him out cold! Oh my word - what a knockout! Definitely one for his highlight reel! If he ever decides to rob a bank and run off to Morocco, that moment is defintely worthy of a tacky mural!
