Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxwell Church (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Church is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Stroke by Billy Squire. Maxwell Church has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Frazier trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Frazier passes Church's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Frazier seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Church does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Church makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Church.
Frazier stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Frazier has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Church can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Frazier is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Church pushes down on Frazier's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Church wants to work for an arm triangle but Frazier is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Church is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Church is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Frazier has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Church is working away from the top position though.

Church frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Frazier tries to hold on but Church postures up.
Church wants to finish this one by submission but Frazier is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Church.

Church is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Churchis looking to pass into half guard but Frazier pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Frazier is in guard.
Frazier trying to control but Church is working from the bottom.
Church looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Frazier stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Church swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Church tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Frazier lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Church tries to get the hooks in deep but Frazier pushed the leg off.
Church is looking for the choke from the back position but Frazier is controlling his hands well.
Frazier is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Frazier tries to break free.
Church has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Frazier is in real trouble here. Church gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Frazier is tapping out! Church wins by rear naked choke!
