Krantar has chosen Lil Wayne - Lollipop as his entrance music. Dani Mix could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jared Krantar's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mix looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Nice sprawl there from Mix as Krantar shoots in.
Mix misses with a wild body shot.

Krantar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Krantar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mix really wants to buck Krantar off and get back to his feet.

Krantar swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Mix is now in Krantar's guard. A big mistake from Krantar there, giving up the dominant position!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Krantar postures up in Mix's guard and throws a big left but Mix blocks it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Krantar is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mix.
Mix closes the distance but Krantar moves to the side

and Krantar counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mix!

Krantar is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Mix has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Krantar sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Mix is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Mix wants to control but Krantar is having none of it.
Mix sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Mix keeping hold of Krantar's head, controlling as best he can.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mix works his way to full guard. Good work.

Mix has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Krantar off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Mix is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Krantar tries to score a body lock takedown but Mix shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Jared Krantar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Krantar has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Mix is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Krantar yanks on the arm and Mix is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Krantar.
