Piper gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Parker wants to control from the top but Piper keeps moving.
Parker is looking to stand up but Piper won't let him.
Piper looking for a guillotine here but Parker defends easily.

Piper has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Parker should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Piper has tightened it up now! Parker should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
