Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Power Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miren Amiano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amiano has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Amiano looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Silva has a takedown stuffed.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Power Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Amiano which made him look bad.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Amiano sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Amiano looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Silva! Submission of the night perhaps?
