Dickson comes to the cage accompanied by Till I Collapse. James Chambers has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gabriel Dickson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chambers shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dickson defends it nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dickson wants to get up but he can't break Chambers's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Chambers has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dickson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Chambers.

Chambers has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dickson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dickson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chambers has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dickson has managed to get both his arms back between Chambers's legs - danger averted.
