The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones wants to clinch up but Credible keeps it at a distance.
Jones takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Jon Jones has been cut.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but Credible shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Credible lands a big shot that drops Jones! Can he finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!
Credible trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Credible in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Credible passes Jones's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Jones tries to kick Credible off but Credible keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Credible uses his free foot to push down on Jones's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jones.
Jones is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Credible is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Jones is surviving well by controlling Credible's body position as best he can.

Credible connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Credible looking to ground and pound but Jones is blocking nicely.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth.
Jones is in a horrible position here. Credible smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Jones is rocked!

That has opened up Jon Jones's cut even more.
A big strike lands for Credible! That's really hurt Jones and he's turned his back - Credible keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Credible Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
