The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Kulich, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fairtex tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kulich misses with a looping right.
Kulich misses the jab.
Fairtex throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fairtex tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kulich was well out of range. Poor timing from Fairtex.
Fairtex tries to clinch up.
Kulich takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Mark Kulich has been cut.
