Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jacob Bone has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bone ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Bone throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Bone darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silva can do anything to dispel that myth.
Silva is trying is best to control the position here.
Silva is looking for a sweep. Bone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bone has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silva has managed to get both his arms back between Bone's legs - danger averted.

Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Silva looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bone with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Marcus Silva just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

I've got Silva winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
