Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Terror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie O Hare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terror takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

O Hare shoots in and bounces Terror off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Terror keeping full guard, as O Hare tries to pass.
O Hare sitting in guard, not really doing much.
O Hare passes into half guard.
Terror wants to get back to his feet.

O Hare wants to work for an arm triangle but Terror is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
O Hare throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
O Hare performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Terror is trying to stand up here but O Hare is controlling him well.

Terror trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
O Hare takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
O Hare on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
O Hare swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Terror throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent O Hare stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A solid leg kick lands there for O Hare.

O Hare misses with a takedown attempt - Terror sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
O Hare pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
O Hare misses with a straight left.
Terror thows a left - swing and a miss!
Eddie O Hare seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

O Hare darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
O Hare is trying to control. Terror wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

O Hare looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

O Hare is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Terror wants to get back to his feet.

Terror manages to escape and get back to his feet!
O Hare looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

O Hare shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Terror as he avoids it easily.

O Hare ducks under a wild hook from Terror.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Terror crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from O Hare - the referee stops the clock and Terror gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says O Hare. Terror manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Terror connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between O Hare's hands.
O Hare misses with a low kick.
O Hare dips to his left and cracks Terror with an uppercut!
O Hare fails with a takedown attempt.
O Hare bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Terror takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
O Hare shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Terror pinned against the cage. Terror gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Terror takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Terror moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
O Hare tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Terror swivels and escapes.
O Hare uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Terror.
O Hare fails to land the takedown.
O Hare fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Terror avoids it really well and circles away.

O Hare swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Terror looks to throw the jab but O Hare is out of range.
Terror displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from O Hare.

O Hare closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - O Hare lands in his opponent's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as O Hare accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
O Hare trying to control the position from guard on top but Terror is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Terror wants to stand and escape but O Hare is having none of it.
O Hare is pushing down on Terror's leg trying to pass to half guard. Terror is fighting to maintain full guard but O Hare has managed to sneak the leg through.
Terror pushes O Hare off looking to stand but O Hare dives back in and keeps control.
Terror is refusing to be controlled, as O Hare sits in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

O Hare fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Terror waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract O Hare.
O Hare fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Terror.
O Hare misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
O Hare ducks under a wild hook from Terror.
Terror bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps O Hare's head backwards.
Terror keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Jonny Terror has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie O Hare.

Terror throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
O Hare fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
O Hare thows a body shot but no joy.
Terror takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Terror throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Terror throws a big shot that misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for O Hare.
Terror takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
O Hare throws a sloppy body shot
and Terror counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
O Hare throws a body punch but Terror moves out of range.
Terror missing with a left hand there. O Hare was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Terror swings for the body but O Hare moves out of range.

O Hare fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Terror sprawls well initially but O Hare persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
O Hare performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
O Hare wants to take a breather but Terror is having none of it.
O Hare stops Terror from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

O Hare seems to be looking for submissions.
O Hare is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

O Hare uses his free foot to push down on Terror's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Terror.
O Hare trying to control but Terror is having none of it.
Terror is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
O Hare thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
O Hare throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Terror because O Hare loaded up on that one.
O Hare is trying to take his opponent's back.
Terror's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Poor strikes thrown by O Hare there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

O Hare is breathing heavily.
Terror blocking the ground and pound.

Terror is trying to stand.
Terror knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for O Hare on the ground.
O Hare trying to control but he's not successful this time.
O Hare prevents Terror from getting the reversal.
O Hare throwing strikes here but Terror is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

O Hare looking for a guillotine from mount but Terror is having none of it.

O Hare has control of Terror's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Terror regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Terror is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
O Hare has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Terror is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Terror squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

O Hare is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by O Hare!
