I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Noriyuki Nayoui was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez slow jab from Nayoui misses its intended target.
Jesus Gonzalez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gonzalez on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Gonzalez throws a lazy uppercut
and Nayoui makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Nayoui looks to land a combination but Gonzalez avoids it well.
Gonzalez throws a leg kick but Nayoui sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Nayoui lands a jab to the head.
Gonzalez dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Nayoui. That did some damage!
Gonzalez motions for Nayoui to come forward. Gonzalez throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Gonzalez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Nayoui scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gonzalez doesn't seem bothered though.

Nayoui uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gonzalez.

Gonzalez tries a head kick but it misses.
Nayoui takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

and Nayoui connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Gonzalez circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Nayoui. Gonzalez falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Nayoui!
