Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Egzavea Madden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitch Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madden comes to the cage accompanied by Breackdown. Richards has chosen Momma said knock you out as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richards tries to clinch but Madden moves out of range.
Madden is trying hard to land a takedown here. Richards sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Richards changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Madden tries to avoid it but Richards manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Madden to the ground. Madden escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Madden closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Madden is working for a kimura but Richards is defending it quite comfortably.

Richards manages to escape and get back to his feet!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Richards tries to clinch up.
Madden dives in and grabs Richards's left leg, looking for a takedown. Richards pushes down on Madden's head and hops out.

Richards throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Madden's waist but Madden gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Richards off to one side.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Madden shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Richards's guard.
Madden is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Madden thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Madden drops back looking for a leg! Richards is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Richards manages to kick Madden off! Madden jumps back into Richards's guard.

Madden stands and throws Richards's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Madden is working to tighten is grip on Richards's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Richards has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Madden is really squeezing tight and eventually Richards passes out! Madden breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
