Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Knockout Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Horus Colt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knockout Bob has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Knockout Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Horus Colt!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colt fails with a takedown attempt.
Colt on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Colt looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Colt missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Colt is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Colt seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bob does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Bob is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Colt has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Colt connects with a nice short shot to Bob's temple.
Colt throwing shots but Bob is blocking nicely.

Colt is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Bob!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Colt landing strikes from the mount and Bob is in trouble!
Colt with shots to the head and body - Bob looks very uncomfortable down there.
Bob tries to reverse the position but Colt maintains control.
Bob wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Colt.
Poor strikes thrown by Colt there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Colt looking to secure an arm triangle but Bob defends it well.
Bob is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Colt breaks from Bob's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Bob takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Colt looks gassed!
Bob tries to hold on but Colt pushes him away.
Bob tries to reverse the position but Colt maintains control.
Colt throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Bob knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Colt on the ground.
Bob really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Bob avoids a series of strikes thrown by Colt.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Colt avoids the attempt from Bob to control.
Colt throwing strikes here but Bob is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Bob is trying to escape the mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bob wants to control but Colt is having none of it.
Bob is in all sorts of trouble here.
Colt with the ground and pound from mount.
Bob is looking to improve his position but Colt isn't that keen on the idea.
BOOM! Colt connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Colt has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bob's face.
Colt prevents Bob from getting the reversal.
Colt landing shots from mount.
Bob regains half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bob trying to control here.
Colt wants to take a breather but Bob is having none of it.
Bob is concentrating on defense, preventing Colt from advancing position.
Bob has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Colt is working away from the top position though.
Colt lands strikes from half guard.
Bob is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Colt is nestled in close to Bob, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Horus Colt dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Bob stuffs the takedown.
Jab from Bob.
Colt closes the distance and clinches up with Bob, looking for a takedown. Colt pushes Bob against the cage but Bob circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Horus Colt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Colt gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bob.
Colt takes one on the button.
Bob fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Colt looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bob scores with a hook to the body. Colt takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Colt takes one to the chin there.
Nice body punch from Bob.
Bob cracks Colt with an open hand slap.
Bob throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Colt on the side of the head.
Colt needs to keep his hands up - Bob had a free shot at his head there.


Colt is rocked!
Bob feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Colt crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Knockout Bob!
