Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes to the cage accompanied by Era. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Davis.
Filipovic is looking to regain half guard here but Davis keeps moving and retains side control.
Davis throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Filipovic works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Davis throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Filipovic was covering up waiting for the punch and Davis finishes the takedown easily into guard.

A frustrated look appears on Filipovic's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Davis jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Filipovic walks away with a smile on his face. Davis gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
