The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood throws a series of punches but Schuman avoids them all with ease.
A head kick misses from Wood.
Wood staying out of range there.
Schuman wants to clinch.
Schuman fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Schuman misses with a hook.

Schuman takes the fight into the clinch.
Wood can't break the clinch.
Schuman is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wood gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Wood is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Schuman swings wildly with an uppercut but Wood uses good head movement to avoid it.
Schuman tries to pull guard but Wood holds him up against the cage and eventually Schuman drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Schuman. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Schuman throws a jab but it's blocked by Wood.
Wood avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wood circles away from the clinch attempt.

Wood swats away the attempt to clinch by Schuman.
Schuman throws a nice looking combination but Wood bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Schuman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wood circles away.
Schuman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wood paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wood scores with a head kick.
Schuman is breathing heavily.
Schuman throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Wood throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Wood throws a leg kick which misses Schuman's front leg but catches the back leg as Schuman tries to avoid it.

Wood lands a head kick that stumbles Schuman and the fighters go to the mat.

Schuman is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wood stands and steps away. Schuman gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Oh Schuman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A combination from Schuman does no damage.
Wood is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Schuman hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
