Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sean Cotes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Larusso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cotes comes into the arena with Victory blaring out of the sound system. Larusso is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by custom shit from WP.. Sean Cotes could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Daniel Larusso's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cotes moves in looking to clinch but Larusso pushes him off.
Cotes shoots for a double leg takedown but Larusso sprawls well. He's pushed Cotes's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A nice combination there by Cotes.
Cotes misses with a series of wild punches.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Larusso drops back, looking for a kneebar! Cotes looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Cotes looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Cotes!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Larusso can do anything to dispel that myth.
