The crowd seem to be enjoying Hopo's choice of entrance music: Bodies. Kean Martin has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hopo.

Hopo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hopo lands in his opponent's guard.

Hopo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Martin kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Hopo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Martin is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Martin has escaped and now he's on top!
Martin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Martin would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Hopo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Martin should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hopo has tightened it up now! Martin should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
