The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaborik throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kronic has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Gaborik.
Kronic on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Gaborik lands a slapping body shot.
Kronic wants to clinch.
Gaborik with a hook.
Gaborik works Kronic's body with a nice hook.
A head kick misses from Kronic.
Gaborik throws a good cross that connects.
Gaborik cracks a nice hook into Kronic's ribs.
Kronic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gaborik scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Kronic takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Gaborik fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kronic looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Gaborik throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kronic stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Gaborik dips to his left and cracks Kronic with an uppercut!

Marion Gaborik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gaborik cracks Kronic with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A left and a right from Gaborik both land. Nice combination.

Kronic is rocked!
Gaborik lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Kronic can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Gaborik and Kronic drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Gaborik.
