The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stubbs shoots in but Zampietre avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Zampietre shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stubbs napping and manages to drive through into side control!

so Zampietre counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Stubbs escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zampietre gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
