Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Zamora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson shoots in but Zamora avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Henderson shoots in looking for a takedown. Zamora tries to sprawl out of it but Henderson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zamora manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Zamora decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Henderson gets back to full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Henderson fails with the takedown

and Zamora counters with a nice double leg into side control. Henderson won't be happy with that.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeremy Henderson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Henderson tries to bench press Zamora off him but Zamora keeps the position.
Henderson throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

Zamora has control of Henderson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Henderson regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Henderson bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Henderson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Zamora is trying to escape and Henderson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Zamora is forced to tap! Nice work there by Henderson! Very nice indeed!
